Sheldon’s roots have always been in agriculture, from growing up on the farm to building a career in grain bin sales. With just over 20 years in the industry, he now balances running the day-to-day operations at Stealth with continuing to farm alongside his wife and dad. No matter how busy things get, he always makes time for family and the people who matter most.
Wendi Dmytriw
Co-Owner
Wendi is a true Jack-of-All-Trades, with over 20 years of experience in agricultural research before moving into agri-business operations. She brings a strong mix of organization problem-solving and technical know-how to Stealth, helping keep the systems, details and behind-the-scenes pieces working together. She wears a few different hats, part farmer, part grain-handling expert, and when needed, an unofficial field doctor.
Randy Serna

Randy brings more than 35 years of agriculture, sales and customer service experience from his career with UFA in Two Hills. Retirement didn’t last long, and he joined Stealth in 2017, bringing a wealth of grain bin knowledge and a customer-first approach that fits right in. When he’s not talking bins, you’ll usually find him hunting, fishing or spending time with family.

Marty is a people person through and through; easygoing, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile. He grew up near Pathfinder and is a welder by trade, bringing 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, along with a strong background in instrumentation installation. His diverse experience and practical approach to problem-solving bring a valuable perspective to the Stealth team.
